+You can download from CVS using anonymous CVS or cvsweb, but you can't
+upload... it's a read-only repository. But I can take the po you attached and
+check it into CVS.

+Could you please convert the Umlaute to proper HTML characters? I've
+done that around Christmas and sent a patch, but it seems not to have
+been applied/used. Anyway, using non-ASCII characters is not the way
+to go, and replacing those seven characters by their proper HTML
+representation is easy enough.
